Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of 5 years recruiting experience, preferably corporate.
• Experience recruiting field-based/hoursly skilled technician roles.
• Strong sourcing, pipeline-building, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to develop workforce plans and pipelines.
• Execute full lifecycle recruiting for field services roles across markets.
• Source active and passive candidates; screen and present top fits.
• Consult hiring managers; provide insights and recommendations.
• Maintain diverse candidate pools and track recruiting KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with recruiting processes and timelines.
