Zayo Group Holdings, Inc. is seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter for a four-month assignment. This role is primarily remote within the United States, with some hybrid work near Denver, CO.

You will own end-to-end recruitment for Field Services, building strong pipelines and partnering with business leaders to meet staffing needs. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in full-cycle recruiting, strong sourcing skills, and experience hiring for technicians and hourly roles in a distributed

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including field services and hourly/skilled technician roles.
• Experience in high-volume, multi-location environments and localized sourcing.
• Strong ability to engage active and passive candidates and partner with hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for Field Services roles from intake to offer.
• Develop sourcing strategies to engage active and passive talent.
• Build pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Screen, assess, and present qualified candidates with a positive candidate experience.
• Advise hiring teams with market insights and sourcing recommendations.
