Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a Contract Recruiter for a fixed-term remote role. You will lead end-to-end recruiting for a range of roles, partner with hiring managers, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience.

This role requires strong consultative skills, market intelligence, and the ability to influence stakeholders across the hiring lifecycle. You will source using multiple channels, assess candidates, manage offers, and support process improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in corporate, agency, RPO, or contract environments.
• Experience collaborating directly with hiring managers and business leaders.
• Experience sourcing and recruiting for professional, technical, engineering, or operations roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong organizational and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Consult and counsel recruiting stakeholders on talent acquisition approaches and market trends.
• Develop recruiting strategies and intake meetings with hiring managers.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment from requisition intake through offer and onboarding.
