Sleep Number Corporation is seeking a Contract Recruiter for a 6-month engagement, fully remote. The role involves independently recruiting for high-volume roles, from sourcing to offers, across multiple functions.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in full lifecycle recruiting, strong sourcing and data analysis skills, and experience with Workday and Phenom. The position supports Talent Acquisition and requires excellent communication and process improvement mindset.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a full life cycle recruiting role across functions and locations.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Advanced candidate sourcing and talent assessment; builds networks.
• Ability to partner with mid-level leaders and influence decisions.
• Experience with Workday and Phenom or similar ATS/CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify qualified candidates via competency-based screens and represent Sleep Number.
• Manage ATS to keep candidate data accurate and up-to-date.
• Build pipelines through networking, cold-calling, and social channels.
• Partner with interview teams and HR to own candidate experience end-to-end.
