Job summary

Zayo is seeking a skilled Contract Recruiter to support hiring across its business segments. This role is remote-friendly within the United States, with potential hybrid work if near the Denver office.

You will build diverse pipelines, develop sourcing strategies, and guide Hiring Managers through the full lifecycle recruitment process. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in technical and sales recruiting, experience in telecom, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of 5 years of technical and sales recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting in telecommunications preferred; agency + corporate is a plus.
• Experience with national multi-location recruiting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership and HR to understand business needs.
• Build and maintain diverse candidate pipelines.
• Develop sourcing strategies to identify active and passive candidates.
• Facilitate full life-cycle recruitment for Zayo employees.
• Guide Hiring Managers through the recruitment process.
