T-ROC, a recognized leader in retail workforce solutions, is seeking a Contract Recruiter for a remote, work-at-home role. You will manage high-volume recruiting across the USA, reviewing applications, conducting phone interviews, and introducing candidates to our core values and mission.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of recruiting experience, is highly organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable using applicant tracking systems.

Qualifications

• Two years of recruiting experience, preferably in a high-volume setting.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and remote collaboration.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Data-driven approach to recruiting and talent mapping.

Responsabilités

• Represent T-ROC to candidates for Sales, Events, or Retail roles.
• Review applications and conduct phone interviews with applicants.
• Coordinate Hiring Manager Interviews and assess team fit.
• Analyze candidate market data and present insights to leadership.
