Job summary

T-ROC, a recognized leader in retail workforce solutions, is seeking a Contract Recruiter for a remote, work-at-home role. You will manage high-volume recruiting across the USA, reviewing applications, conducting phone interviews, and introducing candidates to our core values and mission.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of recruiting experience, is highly organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable using applicant tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Represent T-ROC to candidates for Sales, Events, or Retail roles.
• Review applications and conduct phone interviews with applicants.
• Coordinate Hiring Manager Interviews and assess team fit.
• Analyze candidate market data and present insights to leadership.

Job Description

The Recruiter is responsible for representing T-ROC to new candidates interested in Sales, Events, or Retail Overnight's recruitment. You will review incoming applications, introduce candidates to the organization's core values and mission through phone interviews, determine team fit and schedules for Hiring Manager Interviews, and use data to better understand the candidate market and present that data to leadership.
