Qualifications

• Two or more years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates.
• Experience partnering directly with hiring managers throughout the selection process.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple openings and shifting priorities simultaneously.
• Experience working with an applicant tracking system and recruiting platforms.
• Sound judgment and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruiting from intake through offer acceptance, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate evaluation, offer preparation, and onboarding handoff.
• Clarify position requirements, ideal candidate profiles, hiring timelines, and business priorities while providing updates and recommendations.
• Build candidate pipelines using job boards, social media, referrals, networking, direct outreach, and events.
• Evaluate candidates for experience, capabilities, motivation, compensation expectations, and alignment, then present qualified candidates with recommendations.
• Maintain timely, professional communication to ensure candidates understand the opportunity and next steps.
