MedZed is seeking a Contract Recruiter to join the Human Resources team, reporting to the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition. This remote US role will support 20+ roles monthly and partner with HR and hiring managers to secure top talent.

You will source candidates, manage requisitions, and coordinate offers, while ensuring alignment with MedZed's culture and policies. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• 5 years' experience in Talent Acquisition/Human Resources.
• High school diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's preferred.
• Experience with HRIS systems and candidate sourcing.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates using multiple channels to hit hiring targets.
• Open/close requisitions, prepare offers, and document interviews.
• Collaborate with HR partners and hiring managers on criteria.
• Maintain records, generate reports, and ensure compliance with policies.
