Job summary

AdMed, Inc. seeks a contracted fractional recruiter to support a focused hiring period. This remote role (US-based) is ~30 hours/week for ~3–4 months, with potential extension. You’ll work with senior leadership to fill roles including Medical Writers.

Responsibilities include end-to-end sourcing, screening and shortlisting via Workable and LinkedIn Recruiter, with a quality-over-quantity approach. Compensation is an hourly, competitive rate.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting medical writers and agency medical communications roles.
• Ability to own searches end-to-end (sourcing → screens → shortlist).
• Experience working in an ATS (Workable preferred) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Prioritizes quality over volume.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for multiple roles.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process in ATS.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align pipeline urgency.
• Provide shortlists and coordinate interviews.
