Padmore Global Connections LLC is seeking a CAPS Project Coordinator to support the CAPS program managed by Georgia DECAL. The role involves coordinating activities, maintaining documentation, and aiding the Agile Solution Manager with scope, goals, and deliverables, while ensuring clear stakeholder communication.

This is a remote, contract position with local candidates only within 400 miles of DECAL headquarters for in-person meetings.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 2+ years of PM/coordination experience.
• Preferred: 4+ years of PM/coordination experience.
• Experience with technology development projects.
• Intermediate Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Proficiency with Project Management software.
• Intermediate SharePoint and relational databases skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Work closely with project leadership to assist in business and technology initiatives, and manage project tasks.
• File project documents and maintain central repository for all documentation.
• Support in the development and maintenance of the project schedule and tracking changes.
• Assist in developing project status reports.
• Identify, resolve and mitigate project issues with the team and Agile Solution Manager.
• Coordinate meetings, scheduling, minutes, resource participation, and action items.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports related to the project.
• Assist project team in additional tasks as assigned.
