Job summary

Redtech in the United States is seeking a contract Product Manager to own the cruise booking funnel from selection to checkout. The role emphasizes conversion optimization, experimentation, and cross-functional collaboration with design, analytics, and engineering.

This 6-month engagement allows remote work within the US, with some onsite days in the Seattle area. Prior cruise industry experience is highly preferred, as is a track record of delivering measurable conversion improvements.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of product management experience in a consumer-facing role at a large enterprise.
• Proven track record of designing and analyzing A/B tests to improve conversions.
• Strong understanding of analytics, funnels and CRO best practices.
• Experience with Cruise industry or travel/ecommerce is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the cruise booking funnel and configuration from selection to checkout.
• Analyze funnel data, formulate hypotheses, and run experiments to validate them.
• Collaborate with PM, UX, BI, and engineers to ship test-driven changes.
• Maintain product docs in Confluence and Jira.
