Job summary

Redtech is assisting our client with a contract for a Mid level e-Commerce Product Manager with strong experience in Search & Discovery. The role focuses on search, browse, and landing page experiences for a travel-focused platform.

Location is Greater Seattle, WA, mostly remote with 2–3 days onsite monthly. Duration is 6 months with possible extensions and a pay rate of $7,650–$8,500 per month, DOE, with benefits.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years product manager experience in a consumer facing product role.
• Hands-on experience delivering search, discovery, or browsingsolutions.
• Experience with at least one search platform (Elasticsearch, OpenSearch, Algolia, Coveo, Bloomreach).
• Experience measuring search quality and running experiments (A/B testing).
• Familiar with agile/Scrum practices; Jira/Confluence proficiency.
• AI-native mindset with interest in AI tooling and emerging tech.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on search feature enhancements across all SDLC phases.
• Define requirements for search relevance, filters and facets.
• Monitor search performance using dashboards and analytics.
• Plan and execute A/B tests for search changes.
• Triage requests, bugs, and backlog grooming with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering to diagnose issues and track fixes.
• Support UAT and release readiness with acceptance criteria.
