Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a Contract Performance Manager to be the single point of contact for the technical and operational success of our customer’s power generation assets and the contract’s financial performance. You will bridge outage planning, technical leadership, contract management, and commercial strategy to ensure safe, predictable, and reliable operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in power generation or related field with 5+ years experience, or an Associate's degree with 7+ years, or HS diploma with 9 years.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of outages, parts, and repairs—from planning and scheduling to proactive risk mitigation.
• Be the primary owner of the Contractual Service Agreement (CSA) with a focus on safe, on-time maintenance and maximum reliability.
• Serve as the trusted technical advisor to customer site teams, translating challenges into actionable solutions and driving customer satisfaction.
