Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a Contract Performance Manager to own the outcome of customer power generation assets and the contract’s financial performance. This role bridges outage planning & execution, technical leadership, contract management, commercial strategy, and customer satisfaction.

You will drive asset performance, operational execution, and strategic improvements, acting as the trusted advisor to site teams while ensuring safe, high-quality, on-time maintenance and profitable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Associate’s degree and 7 years in power generation.
• Minimum 5 years of technical field with heavy duty gas turbine or steam power experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead outages, parts and repairs from planning to risk mitigation.
• Own the Contractual Service Agreement and ensure safe, on-time maintenance.
• Serve as technical advisor to site teams and drive customer satisfaction.
• Identify waste and champion continuous improvement for profitability.
