Teladoc Health is seeking a Contract Origination Specialist in the United States. The role supports intake and processing of contracting requests via Salesforce, coordinating with sales and operations to ensure timely contract execution and documentation.

Qualified candidates will have 5+ years in contract administration, Salesforce experience, and strong attention to detail. This is a remote/hybrid role with occasional travel and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in contract administration, sales operations, order management, or related business operations.
• Experience with Salesforce.com or a similar CRM platform.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Experience working in a remote or hybrid work environment.
• Travel: ≤5% (1x a year). Travel percentage reflects estimate and is subject to change.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive and professional services to internal stakeholders and customers, facilitating an efficient contracting experience.
• Provide administrative and operational support to other Contract Operations team members.
• Coordinate intake and processing of customer set-up forms, tax exempt certificates, Purchase Orders and other required documentation.
• Provide standard contract documents, including MSA, BAA and standard Order Forms, using approved templates.
• Coordinate contract execution by routing approved documents through Adobe Sign and monitoring the signature process.
