Job summary

Teladoc Health is seeking a Contract Origination Specialist to support day-to-day intake and processing of contracting requests from HHS Sales, using Salesforce.com. You will collaborate with Account Executives and internal teams to ensure timely contract execution and accurate documentation, while assisting in resolving routine issues and maintaining data standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in contract administration or sales operations.
• Experience with Salesforce.com or a similar CRM.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive, professional support to internal stakeholders and customers throughout contracting.
• Support Contract Operations with workflow, documentation, and process adherence.
• Coordinate intake of client set-up documents, tax-exempt certificates, POs, and related paperwork.
• Distribute standard contract documents (MSA, BAA, Order Forms) using approved templates.
• Manage contract execution through Adobe Sign and monitor signature progress.
• Initiate credit requests with leasing partners and track related issues to resolution.
