Teladoc Health is seeking a Contract Origination Specialist to support day-to-day intake and processing of contract requests from HHS Sales via Salesforce. You’ll ensure timely, accurate contract execution and resolve routine issues while coordinating with Sales, Billing, and other internal teams.

The role requires 5+ years in contract operations, Salesforce experience, and strong communication. Remote or hybrid work options are available as part of a flexible, growth-oriented environment.

Competenze

• 5+ years in contract administration, sales operations, or related
• Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
• Strong documentation and record-keeping abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working in remote or hybrid environments
• Travel about 5% per year

Mansioni

• Support intake and processing of contracting requests
• Coordinate contract documents and forms
• Route documents for e-signature and track status
• Assist with credit requests with leasing partners
• Prepare delivery and acceptance certificates for leases
• Process standard order form requests and escalations
• Collaborate with Contracts Manager on contract changes
• Coordinate with Sales Operations to resolve routine issues
• Support contracting and lease renewal activities
