IQVIA seeks a Contract Specialist to manage site activation contracts from a home-based role in the United States. You will independently draft, review, and negotiate CTAs, CDAs, and amendments with investigative sites, ensuring timely and compliant execution.

You will coordinate with Site Activation, Clinical Operations, and Finance to align terms and budgets, track progress, and maintain documentation. Strong English and CRO/pharma experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years in clinical research supporting contract and budget negotiation with sites (direct contract/BGT negotiation).
• Advanced English skills; team supports North America.

Responsabilités

• Draft, review, and negotiate standard clinical trial agreements (CTAs, CDAs, amendments) with sites and institutions.
• Manage contract portfolio to support site activation and study timelines.
• Serve as primary contact for sites and internal teams on contract matters ensuring clear, timely communication.
• Apply negotiated parameters and escalate non-standard terms to senior team members or Legal as needed.
• Collaborate with Site Activation, Clinical Operations, Finance to align terms including budget provisions.
• Track contract progress and maintain up-to-date documentation in systems and tools.
• Address contract-related delays and minimize impact on study timelines.
• Ensure all contracts comply with regulatory requirements, sponsor guidelines, and company policies.
• Support audit/inspection readiness with complete contract files.
• Contribute to process improvements to reduce contract cycle times and improve quality.
• Manage multiple priorities to meet timelines and quality expectations.
• Provide regular status updates and metrics to stakeholders.
