Job summary

IQVIA LLC seeks a Site Activation Manager to direct the execution of Site Activation activities, including Site ID, Ethics, and Site Contracting for assigned studies. You will provide strategic planning and project oversight across regions to accelerate activation and patient enrollment, while ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role requires a Life sciences degree and 5+ years of experience with at least 2 years in a lead role, plus international exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Life sciences or related field.
• At least 5 years with 2 years of lead experience in a scientific or clinical environment.
• Demonstrable experience in an international role; or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage the execution of the strategic, operational and financial delivery of required Site Activation activities.
• Provide strategic planning and project oversight to accelerate Site Activation and fast patient enrollment, overseeing multiple regions.
• Oversee Start Up and Lifecycle Maintenance for assigned projects in compliance with ICH-GCP, protocol, and internal policies.
• Develop, implement and maintain the Site Activation Management Plan within the project strategy.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver the agreed project scope and maintain regulatory compliance.
