Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Legal Contract Negotiator to support global clinical agreements. The role involves reviewing and negotiating NDAs and vendor contracts, ensuring regulatory compliance, and coordinating contract processes across teams. Strong English, detail orientation and MS Office proficiency are required.

1–2 years of contract experience in a corporate setting is preferred. Resume in English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Law Degree completed with active local bar status.
• 1–2 years drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts in English.
• Experience negotiating with customers and vendors.
• Fluent English; strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft and negotiate a broad range of clinical contracts such as non-disclosure and vendor agreements.
• Ensure contracts comply with legal, regulatory and policy requirements.
• Track contract process and obtain reviews/approvals per guidelines.
• Participate as contract lead in customer/vendor calls to support negotiations.
• Deliver final contracts timely, independently or in a team.
