SRS Acquiom is seeking a Compliance Specialist for our Contract Administration team in Denver. The role focuses on reviewing contractual obligations and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely distributions of transaction consideration and funds.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business is required.
• 2-5 years’ experience within financial services.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret contracts.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor an ongoing portfolio of post-closing releases.
• Review contracts to extract legal information for distributions.
• Analyze post-closing obligations to ensure timely funds release.
• Coordinate with Operations to create distribution waterfalls.
• Prepare release materials and update them with the Compliance Analyst Team.
• Collaborate with internal departments and prioritize tasks.
• Deliver training as requested by Management.
