Job summary

Prescryptive Health, Inc. is seeking a Contract Clinical Services Support Technician to maintain clinical drug lists, PA documents, and client materials.

You will ensure accuracy of benefits information to support pharmacists and clinical leadership, with quality checkpoints and opportunities to leverage automation. The role is a hands-on, operational contract, 9 to 12 months, with remote work options for US-based candidates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with active CPhT certification.
• 3 years of pharmacy technician experience.
• 2 years supporting clinical services in a PBM environment.
• Experience with mail order and specialty pharmacy operations.
• Familiarity with formulary, drug lists, and NDC identifiers.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills to prepare reports.

Responsibilities

• Synchronize Medispan drug lists in the drug list management platform.
• Update PA coverage criteria documents with formulary updates.
• Maintain QL rules and implement downstream changes.
• Investigate claim rejections and resolve drug list and benefit questions.
