Job summary

Prescryptive Health, Inc. is seeking a Contract Clinical Services Support Technician to maintain clinical drug lists and prior authorization documents, resolve drug list and benefit setup questions, and prepare client business review materials.

You will own recurring maintenance and reporting, with pharmacist or clinical team review at defined quality checkpoints. This is a hands-on, operational, contract role (9–12 months) with remote work available across the United States.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification recognized (PTCB or ExCPT).
• 3 years of pharmacy technician experience.
• 2 years in PBM supporting clinical services (utilization management, coverage review, PA resolution).
• Experience with mail order and specialty pharmacy operations.
• Familiarity with formulary, drug lists, NDC identifiers; PBM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clinical drug lists and PA documents.
• Update coverage criteria with formulary updates and client customizations.
• Maintain QL rules and implement downstream changes.
• Investigate claims rejections related to drug list platform configuration and resolve issues; escalate when clinical review is needed.
• Prepare and publish coverage policies files and client drug lists under QA review.
• Establish QA checkpoints for PA updates, QL cleanup and PA printing with pharmacist review.
• Analyze and distribute medication lists and client-facing clinical materials including disruption analyses for business reviews.
• Coordinate with pharmacists, operations, and internal stakeholders to meet deadlines.
• Identify opportunities to improve accuracy and efficiency via technology, automation, and AI-enabled tools.
