Sana is seeking a Contract Claims and Appeals Processor for remote US-based work. You will adjudicate and pay medical claims, process appeals, and support internal teams with claims knowledge.

Two-year degree or equivalent claims experience is required, with keen attention to detail and strong communication. This role offers remote work, with a base salary plus equity considerations and US-wide eligibility.

Qualifications

• Two-year degree and/or two years of claims adjudication and processing experience.
• Unparalleled attention to detail and accuracy in processing claims.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilités

• Ensure timely and accurate adjudication and payment of medical claims.
• Process appeals and disputes by gathering information and resolving issues.
• Serve as in-house expert on claims-related matters for Customer Success and Customer Support.
• Identify operational issues and route them to the appropriate internal teams.
• Contribute to team goals to improve claims processes and integrate functions.
• Meet daily and weekly processing quotas and deadlines.
