• Experience with claims management systems and customer escalation.

Responsabilités

• Review, investigate, and resolve complex product and shipping protection claims.
• Serve as escalation point for partners and support teams.
• Investigate processing delays and coordinate solutions to improve times.
• Coordinate service technician dispatches and parts ordering when needed.
• Handle escalated concerns with policy-compliant, clear communications.
• Document findings and maintain meticulous records across systems.
• Collaborate with Product/Engineering to address recurring issues.
• Monitor workflows and policy updates to ensure consistent decisions.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and automate tasks.
• Recognize training needs and suggest improvements.
