Job summary

Sana in the United States is seeking a Claims and Appeals Processor to adjudicate medical claims, gather information, and resolve issues with care and accuracy. You will work with Customer Success and Support teams to ensure customers are kept informed.

This remote, distributed role requires a 2-year degree or equivalent experience, a strong eye for detail, and the ability to meet daily quotas. Base pay ranges from $43,000 to $59,000 annually plus equity for US-based remote location.

Qualifications

• Two-year degree and/or two years of claims adjudication and processing experience.
• Unparalleled attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Adjudicate and pay medical claims timely and accurately per plan policies, with notes.
• Process appeals and disputes by verifying information and resolving issues.
• Serve as in-house expert on claims and support Customer Success and Support teams.
• Identify operational issues and escalate to the appropriate internal team.
• Contribute to team goals to improve claims processes and integrate functions.
• Work independently and with the team to meet deadlines and processing quotas.
