Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is a bonus or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of contract or customer billing experience with contract interpretation.
• Experience with recurring subscription billing.
• Experience with Time & Materials (T&M) or usage-based billing.
• Proficiency with NetSuite, Salesforce Billing or comparable ERP/billing systems.
• Experience using customer billing portals such as ARIBA, Paymode, Coupa, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Review contracts, POs, and amendments to prepare invoices per terms.
• Interpret billing schedules, milestones, and recurring charges.
• Manage recurring subscription billing, renewals, upgrades, and mid-term changes.
• Process T&M invoices by reconciling data against agreements.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Sales Operations, Customer Success, and Finance to establish contracts for billing.
• Investigate billing discrepancies and respond to questions promptly.
• Maintain accurate billing records and contract data in billing systems.
