Job summary

Alkami Technology is seeking a Billing Analyst to support end-to-end billing processes in a remote-friendly US environment. You will handle contract review, data validation, and invoice generation, while resolving routine discrepancies and aligning billing with terms and company policies.

You will work with internal teams and external customers to ensure accurate billing, maintain schedules, and contribute to process improvements in a growing SaaS company.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in billing, accounts receivable, or related finance operations roles.
• Experience translating contracts into billing actions and terms.
• Proficiency with ERP or billing systems such as NetSuite or Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Execute monthly billing processes; prepare, review, and issue invoices on schedule.
• Review contracts, extract key terms, and validate alignment with systems.
• Reconcile data from multiple sources and resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to address billing questions and issues.
• Generate and validate reseller/third-party billing files and process credits.
