Job summary

Cloudbeds is seeking an Associate Billing Specialist to support billing and subscription inquiries for customers and internal teams. The role involves handling billing tickets via email or phone, conducting exit interviews for cancellations, and collaborating across departments to resolve subscription-related issues.

You will analyze trends and contribute to process improvements while maintaining accurate subscription records.

Qualifications

• Experience in billing support or subscription management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to identify trends and improvements.
• Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Address billing and subscription inquiries and escalate complex issues when needed.
• Process billing tickets via email and calls; own follow-ups.
• Resolve delicate billing situations, including compensation requests.
• Gather details for credits/refunds and handle finance inquiries.
• Analyze billing ticket trends and suggest improvements.
• Help build billing knowledge base and tutorials.
• Participate in month-end processes and cross-team projects.
