Job summary

Solomon Page's client, a world leader in the spirits industry, seeks a NY-licensed contract attorney with 5+ years of relevant experience to serve as Temporary Counsel on technology and data privacy matters. The role is strictly remote and compensation is $100-150 per hour.

You will draft, review, and negotiate SaaS, data licensing, and e-commerce agreements, support privacy programs, and advise on AI and governance across global teams.

Qualifications

• JD with NY license; in-house or law firm experience preferred.
• 5+ years of attorney-level experience in technology, data privacy, or related fields.
• Knowledge of data privacy laws (CCPA, TCPA) and software/SaaS agreements.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate software/SaaS, data licensing, and e-commerce agreements.
• Develop templates and playbooks to drive cross-functional efficiencies.
• Advise on governance, privacy, and emerging tech initiatives (AI, NFTs).
• Support budgeting, risk assessments, and liaison with Global Privacy Team.
• Manage external counsel and supervise enterprise-wide data-mapping efforts.
