Job summary

YO IT Consulting is seeking an experienced Attorney for a remote contract role. You will conduct comprehensive legal analysis on US topics, perform in-depth research, and draft, review, and edit memoranda, opinions, contracts and related documents.

You’ll provide structured feedback on legal texts, participate in remote, multidisciplinary collaboration, and ensure quality and precision across all submissions. A US bar license and prior experience at a top-tier firm are strongly preferred.

Qualifications

Active US law license with strong academic credentials.
Experience at top law firms.
Experience at a top-tier US law firm with varied practice areas.
Proven abilities in legal analysis, research, and drafting.
Excellent written and verbal communication with legal content review.
Proven ability to collaborate remotely on multidisciplinary projects.
Experience with quality assurance and rubric-based evaluation of legal documents is a plus.
Commitment to precision, accuracy, and upholding legal best practices.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive legal analysis on a variety of US law topics.
Perform in-depth legal research to support project objectives.
Draft, review, and edit memoranda, opinions, contracts, and other documents.
Assess and provide structured feedback on legal texts for clarity and accuracy.
Participate in remote, multidisciplinary collaboration to refine deliverables.
Spot errors, inconsistencies, or ambiguities in legal materials.
Apply meticulous attention to detail to maintain high standards in all submissions.
