• Exceptional written and verbal communication, with demonstrated experience in legal content review.
• Track record of successful remote collaboration on multidisciplinary projects.
• Experience with quality assurance and rubric-based evaluation of legal documents is a plus.
• Demonstrated commitment to precision, accuracy, and upholding legal best practices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive legal analysis on a variety of US law topics, providing nuanced insights and guidance.
• Perform in-depth legal research to support project objectives and ensure current, accurate information is utilized.
• Draft, review, and edit legal content, including memoranda, opinions, contracts, and other relevant documents.
• Assess and provide structured feedback on legal texts for clarity, accuracy, and alignment with best practices.
• Participate in remote, multidisciplinary collaboration to refine project deliverables and address complex legal scenarios.
• Contribute to content quality assurance by spotting errors, inconsistencies, or ambiguities in legal materials.
• Apply meticulous attention to detail to maintain exceptionally high standards in all submissions.
