Job summary

LOGS Legal Group LLP is seeking licensed attorneys to provide legal services as Independent Contractors supporting our creditors' rights practice in North Carolina and Tennessee. This part-time to near-full-time role offers 30-40 hours per week with flexible scheduling and remote work opportunities.

Responsibilities include managing caseloads, drafting legal documents, overseeing proceedings, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

Active law license in good standing in NC and/or TN (multi-state admission preferred).
Experience in foreclosure, creditors' rights, or related practice areas preferred.
Strong written communication and case management skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Multi-state licensure is a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage an assigned caseload of creditors' rights matters from referral through resolution.
Draft, review, and approve pleadings, motions, notices, and other legal documents per state rules.
Provide oversight on foreclosure proceedings and related matters.
Appear at hearings, mediations, and court proceedings remotely or in person as required.
Ensure compliance with federal/state laws, investor guidelines, and client standards.
Communicate status and analysis to operations, leadership, and clients.
Maintain accurate documentation in case management systems.
