Job summary

LOGS Legal Group LLP seeks licensed attorneys to provide legal services as Independent Contractors for our creditors' rights practice across New York, Pennsylvania, and Ohio. This part-time to near-full-time contract role offers 30–40 hours per week with scheduling flexibility and remote work options.

Applicants must hold a JD, be in good standing, and be licensed in at least one covered state. Multi-state admission is preferred. Court appearances are allowed in the attorney's jurisdiction(s).

Qualifications

• Must have active law license in at least one covered state (NY, PA, OH).
• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school; multi-state licensure a plus.
• Experience in creditors' rights, foreclosure, or civil litigation preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned caseload of creditors' rights matters, including foreclosure and related activities.
• Draft, review, and approve pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Provide legal oversight on foreclosure proceedings and related matters.
• Appear at hearings and court proceedings, in person or remotely, as required.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state laws and client requirements.
• Communicate case status and recommendations to internal teams and clients.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the firm's case management systems.
