Qualifications

• 5 or more years contracting experience, including drafting contracts.
• Masters Business Administration in business or related field (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Analyzes and negotiates contract terms for multiple contract types.
• Manages the full life cycle of contracts from review to expiration.
• Ensures compliance with hospital policy, accreditation standards, and federal/state healthcare regulations.
• Provides timely review and negotiation for internal clients.
• Meets departmental goals for contract turnaround times while delivering high-quality service.
• Communicates requirements and terms to internal stakeholders.
• Maintains knowledge of contracting issues through training and self-directed learning.
• Collaborates with colleagues and acts as a subject matter expert on contracting policy.
