Capital Health System, Inc. is seeking a Contract Management Analyst to support the contract lifecycle, establish workflows, and maintain compliance with federal healthcare regulations.

The role handles requisitions through final invoicing and ensures all agreements are monitored and audited. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree and several years of experience in contract management or healthcare compliance; knowledge of Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statutes, HIPAA, and FMV standards is

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business, healthcare administration, legal studies or related field.
• Three years of related contract management or healthcare compliance experience with a Bachelor’s degree; seven years with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of federal and state healthcare laws including Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statutes, HIPAA; FMV standards and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support system-wide contract operations and ensure compliance with internal policies and healthcare regulations.
• Administer contract pipeline: requisition, drafting, execution, and digital archiving of physician and enterprise vendor agreements.
• Coordinate documentation and routing for physician contracts and professional service arrangements.
• Develop and maintain internal dashboards to monitor lifecycles, expirations and milestones.
• Ensure HIPAA/Stark/Anti-Kickback compliance in operations; assist with internal financial audit controls.
