Alignerr is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer (AI Data Trainer) to help shape how advanced AI systems learn step by step. This is a fully remote hourly contract with flexible hours between 10 and 40 per week.

In this role you will author clear, structured reasoning traces, document decision-making processes, and create high-quality training data that demonstrates robust problem solving. You’ll work independently and asynchronously to deliver task-based assignments on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Background in machine learning or computer science.
• Ability to describe complex reasoning clearly in written steps.
• Detail-oriented with focus on precise reasoning.

Responsibilities
