Job summary

Talantir is seeking an AI Trainer to help improve and evaluate models by providing high-quality data, feedback, and domain-specific insights. You will train, test, and refine responses across language, reasoning, coding, and knowledge tasks in a fully remote setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience (CS, Engineering, Linguistics, Math, etc.)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to follow guidelines
• Comfortable working with tools, spreadsheets, and AI platforms
• Experience in AI training, data annotation, or content evaluation
• Knowledge of LLMs and prompt engineering
• Domain expertise (e.g., coding, mathematics, language, finance)
• Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets
