Job summary

The American Association For Marriage and Family Therapy Inc is seeking a Professional Learning and Events Coordinator to manage CE provider approvals, review programs for compliance, and support AAMFT's continuing education initiatives.

The role is fully remote with candidates residing in designated states; you will coordinate CE applications, ensure documentation, and collaborate with internal staff and external providers to maintain high standards across all states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of state regulations regarding continuing education.
• Proficient in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze/interpret complex regulations/data.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate CE provider applications and approvals to ensure alignment with AAMFT standards and state requirements.
• Assist with administration of AAMFT-sponsored continuing education offerings.
• Maintain CE provider and event records for compliance and reporting.
• Provide planning, logistical and day-of-event support for live and virtual events.
• Prepare monthly CE Provider Approval Program reports and track applications.
