Job summary

This fully remote role requires coordinating applications, ensuring regulatory alignment, and maintaining documentation with internal staff and external providers.

Candidates must reside in DC, MD, VA, DE, NC, SC, IL or AZ, and have strong knowledge of state CE regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of state continuing education regulations.
• Proficient in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze and interpret complex regulations/data.
• Experience with budget management and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate CE provider applications and approvals.
• Review programs for alignment with AAMFT standards and state requirements.
• Maintain CE compliance documentation and records.
• Provide planning, logistical and event-day support for live and virtual events.
• Prepare monthly CE Provider Approval Program reports and analytics.
