Job summary

American Association For Marriage and Family Therapy Inc is seeking a Professional Learning and Events Coordinator to manage CE provider approvals, ensure regulatory alignment, and support AAMFT's continuing education initiatives in a fully remote role.

You will coordinate CE provider applications, review programs for compliance, maintain records, and collaborate with staff and external providers to keep CE processes consistent and accurate across states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience in a similar role is desired.
• Strong knowledge of state regulations regarding continuing education.
• Proficient in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze/interpret complex regulations/data.
• Experience with budget management and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate CE provider applications and approvals and maintain documentation.
• Review programs for alignment with AAMFT standards and state requirements.
• Support administration of CE offerings and collaborate with internal staff and providers.
• Manage attendance verification and CE documentation for webinars and events.
• Prepare and distribute post-event surveys and evaluations.
• Produce monthly CE provider reports and track application volume.
