Employment Enterprises is seeking a Content & Website Specialist to support website content migration, audits, accessibility reviews, stakeholder coordination, and process documentation. This full-time contract role is fully remote in the United States, offering an hourly pay range of $40 to $47.

The role emphasizes WCAG compliance, content governance, and collaboration with multiple teams to ensure successful launches and ongoing operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of experience in website content management, content operations, and project coordination.
• Strong written communication and documentation skills.
• Knowledge of content management systems, content governance, and accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Familiarity with SharePoint, Slack, Word, Style Guides, Asana, and AEM is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead website content migration, audits, and publishing activities.
• Conduct content inventories, accessibility, and QA reviews (WCAG).
• Coordinate with stakeholders and track project progress.
• Develop content organization, governance, and SOP documentation.
• Support website launches and create long-term process workflows.
