In this remote role, you will lead accessibility compliance assessments, guide development teams, and support solution architects. Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Lead accessibility compliance assessments for web applications
• Collaborate with solution architects for coverage mapping
• Perform manual assessments for complex UI elements
• Develop and document remediation plans
• Guide and support development teams in remediation tasks
• Re-evaluate updated screens for compliance validation

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Experience with WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards
• Proficiency in accessibility evaluation tools
• Strong understanding of web-based applications
• Expertise in HTML/CSS, ASP.NET Forms
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Familiarity with Visual Studio, Razor, and XAML
• Experience with data‑intensive web applications
• Ability to travel occasionally if needed
