Linktree is seeking a Content Studio Lead to build and lead a creator-first studio, setting direction while developing concepts and directing creator capture. You will balance hands-on production with roster management, ensuring consistent, high-quality work across social channels.

You’ll translate audience insights into compelling campaigns, scale execution with a flexible roster, and maintain a high creative bar while aligning with product vision and business goals.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in creative direction, brand creative, or content production.

Responsibilities

• Set and lead the Creative Studio’s direction and standards.
• Build and manage a roster of creators, writers, producers, editors, and contractors.
• Translate insights into concepts and campaigns across channels.
• Direct creator talent, briefs, and production from concept to final asset.
