Job summary

Linktree is seeking a Content Studio Lead to build and lead the creator-first creative system behind our owned content. This is a player-coach role: you will set the creative direction and build the studio’s roster, systems, and standards, while also rolling up your sleeves to develop concepts, direct creator capture, and produce or edit first-pass work when needed.

You will define how creators are used creatively across channels, turn strategic briefs into clear creator and production briefs,

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in creative direction, brand creative, or content production.
• Strong understanding of the creator economy and how creators can be storytellers.
• Ability to move between setting the creative vision and hands-on work when needed.
• Experience developing creator concepts and directing creator talent to polished branded content.
• Strong judgment on polish vs. authenticity in content.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary contractors or flexible production rosters.
• Ability to direct copy, design, motion, and video while maintaining a consistent standard.
• Experience building creative systems, templates, and repeatable formats.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead Creator-led content flywheel from audience insight to creator content and publishing.
• Set and uphold creative standards that align with product vision and business goals.
• Lead development of design systems and templates for social/content with repeatable formats.
• Translate insights and performance data into compelling concepts and campaigns.
• Build and direct the Content Studio’s core disciplines and roster of talent.
• Coordinate with other internal creative teams to ensure consistency and avoid duplication.
