Linktree is hiring a Content Studio Lead to build a creator-first system behind our owned content. This player-coach role sets the creative direction, builds the studio roster, systems, and standards, while directing concept to final asset across channels.

You will translate insights into concepts, scale execution through a roster of creators, writers, producers, editors, and specialists, and maintain a high creative bar across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Threads.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in creative direction, brand creative, or content production.
• Experience leading teams or rosters of freelance talent.
• Ability to direct copy, design, motion, and video while upholding brand standards.
• Experience building creative systems, templates, and repeatable formats.
• Strong collaboration across cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Fluency across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Threads, and long-form formats.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the Content Studio's creative direction, roster, and standards.
• Translate audience insights into creator concepts and production briefs.
• Direct creator talent and produce or edit work when needed to preserve quality.
• Scale execution through a flexible roster of creators, writers, editors, and specialists.
• Maintain brand consistency and platform-appropriate storytelling across channels.
• Lead cross-team alignment to ensure non-duplication and efficiency.
