Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA, LLC is seeking a Manager, Marketing Content Strategy for CGT to lead global content initiatives, translate complex science into compelling messaging, and drive campaigns across regions. You will partner with Product Management, Marketing, R&D, and Compliance to ensure accurate, differentiated communications.

The role offers remote work within the United States and includes a target annual bonus of 10% of base salary. A comprehensive benefits package is provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Life Sciences, Business or related field.
• 8+ years in content marketing, scientific communications, or related areas.
• Ability to translate complex scientific information into clear content for technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Experience developing content for omnichannel campaigns, conferences, and digital channels.
• Knowledge of CGT, bioprocessing, or related markets is preferred.
• Ability to coordinate content review with regulatory, legal, and quality stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute global content strategies aligned with CGT priorities and campaigns.
• Translate complex scientific and product information into credible customer content across media.
• Provide strategic content direction to internal teams, agencies, and external collaborators.
• Establish and govern global content plans, calendars, and approval workflows.
• Lead content development for global campaigns, conferences, and sales enablement.
• Define messaging frameworks and ensure brand alignment and compliance.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across regions and technologies with measurable outcomes.
