Job summary

Cambium Learning Group is seeking a Content Operations Associate to support the development and deployment of K-12 test materials. This remote, USA-based role requires a bachelor’s degree and 0–2 years of project/ops experience, strong Excel skills, and analytical attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and 0-2 years of experience in project or operations management.
• Excellent computer knowledge, specifically in Excel preferred.
• Analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to identify problems and conceptualize solutions.
• Ability to travel up to 10% (up to 3-4 times a year).

Responsibilities

• Use process documents for quality control tasks
• Learn CAI’s systems to complete tasks
• Create and QC test forms and test configuration files
• Conduct quality control reviews of test materials
• Monitor work done by outside vendors
