Job summary

Cambium Learning Group is seeking a Content Operations Associate I to support the development and deployment of K-12 test materials. The role centers on quality control, learning CAI systems, and coordinating with vendors to ensure accurate test forms and configurations.

This remote position requires a bachelor’s degree and 0–2 years of project or operations experience, strong Excel skills, and excellent written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and 0-2 years of experience in project or operations management.
• Excellent computer knowledge, specifically in Excel
• Analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to identify problems and conceptualize solutions
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• High level of organization and the ability to manage and prioritize several tasks/ projects simultaneously
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work in a team environment
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills, bilingual Spanish preferred
• Ability to travel up to 10% (up to 3-4 times a year)
